All our shipments we send by air to ensure the best quality of our flowers. Most of our European and Russian customers choose to pick up flowers in Amsterdam due to the lower costs of nationalization* and customs. However, for your convenience, we can deliver your flowers to the nearest airport upon request. *We are not responsible for customs and nationalization fees.

Although we always strive to deliver best quality product, but accidents can happen. If you are not satisfied with our product you can call or write us to proceed with the claim. To support your case please provide us with photos and other information if available regarding your claim. Our claims team will contact the farm and handle the claim on your behalf.
